Night Store - Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new T-shirt! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at improvesion@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong T-shirt, please contact us immediately at improvesion@hotmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
